I believe in the importance of a delicious tasting cake as well as it looking beautiful on the outside. All of my cakes are made from scratch, using delicious ingredients, including free range egss, real butter, and fresh zests. Every cake is covered in a layer of white chocolate ganache and finest fondant icing, to ensure optimum freshness of the cake on your wedding day. I am happy to make a different flavour cake for each tier, in fact I encourage it. Now all you've got to do is choose which ones! These are just some of my most popular flavours. Classic Vanilla

A moist vanilla sponge cake, layered with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve. A popular timeless classic.

Zesty Lemon

Lots of lemon zest goes in to this cake recipe, layered with lemon buttercream and zingy lemon curd. This really is a delicious fresh tasting cake.

Rich Chocolate

Rich, decadent and very chocolatey! Partnered with either lightly whipped chocolate buttercream or vanilla buttercream. This will tick the box for any chocolate lover. Chocolate variations include chocolate orange, and salted caramel.

Carrot & Walnut

My favourite! This is a delicious cake made with freshly grated carrot, a variety of spices and chopped walnuts. Teamed with an orange zest buttercream, I can guarantee you'll want more than one slice! Due to the moisture content of this cake, it is only suitable as a top tier or kitchen cake.

Red Velvet

Subtle quantities of cocoa and vanilla are what gives this cake its unique flavour. The combination of dark red sponge accompanied with white vanilla buttercream really does give this cake the wow factor when it is cut into.

Coffee & Walnut

Another all-time classic that still proves to be very popular. A delicate coffee flavoured sponge combined with finely chopped walnuts and teamed with a light and fluffy coffee buttercream.

Rich Fruit Cake

This cake is made well in advance to ensure sufficient time is allowed for the all the quality ingredients to mature, resulting in a moist traditional fruit cake. Covered in a layer of marzipan and fondant icing. Contains brandy and nuts. Only available as kitchen cakes in sizes 6" and 8".

Coconut & Lime

The combination of sweet coconut and lime zest compliment each other perfectly in this cake and the flavours are further enhanced with a filling of lime curd and coconut buttercream.

Cherry Bakewell

A delicately flavoured almond sponge cake teamed with vanilla buttercream and cherry curd. It really is exceedingly good!
